The fastest way to get help is to email hello@impromptly.ai. Manthan reads this inbox. We respond within 48 business hours and usually faster. Email beats App Store reviews because we can actually fix things over email. App Store reviews go to a queue we cannot reply to directly, but we still read every star and use the TestFlight feedback channel to triage builds.

If something is broken, include your iOS version, app version (Settings then About inside the app), and a sentence on what you expected versus what happened. Screenshots help. If you suspect the AI gave bad feedback, the in-app report button is the right path.
